Classic Programmers is seeking an experienced Email Marketing and Cold Outreach Specialist who excels at landing emails in the inbox and generating meaningful responses. If you have a passion for transforming cold contact lists into engaging conversations and driving lead generation through targeted email campaigns, this opportunity is for you. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential clients by crafting personalized email sequences and managing ongoing communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cold email campaigns aimed at prospective clients.
- Write compelling, personalized email sequences and follow-ups designed to elicit responses.
- Manage email newsletters and nurture campaigns to maintain engagement with leads.
- Oversee list building, email warm-up processes, deliverability, and domain health to ensure optimal inbox placement.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with cold outreach and email marketing platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong command of English writing skills with the ability to persuade and engage recipients effectively.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability concepts, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, and best practices to avoid spam filters.
- Experience in B2B or IT services lead generation is highly desirable.
