Classic Programmers is seeking an Email Marketing and Cold Outreach Specialist who excels at landing emails in the inbox and generating meaningful replies. Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute cold email campaigns targeting potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Craft sharp, personalized email sequences and follow-ups designed to maximize response rates.
- Manage email newsletters and nurture campaigns to maintain ongoing engagement.
- Oversee list building, email warm-up processes, deliverability, and domain health to ensure optimal inbox placement.
- Monitor key metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and conversion rates, continuously optimizing campaigns for better performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with cold outreach and email marketing platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
- Strong English writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and personalized messages.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability concepts, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, and best practices to avoid spam filters.
- Experience in B2B lead generation or IT services marketing is highly desirable.
