The Email Marketer will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, customer engagement, and enhancing brand awareness. This full-time, on-site role is based in Faisalabad and requires hands-on involvement in writing and designing email content, segmenting contact lists, setting up automated workflows, and conducting A/B testing on subject lines and layouts. The Email Marketer will monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as open rates and click-through rates, using these insights to optimize future campaigns.

The role also involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies. Additionally, the Email Marketer must ensure all campaigns comply with relevant email regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates.
- Segment contact lists effectively to tailor messaging for different audience groups.
- Set up and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and customers.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, and content to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to maintain consistent messaging.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and data privacy standards.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid, including marketing automation tools.
- Strong skills in email copywriting, basic HTML coding for emails, and designing email layouts.
- Ability to manage and segment contact lists and set up automated workflows.
- Competence in analyzing campaign performance data and generating actionable reports.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and CRM integration.
- Knowledge of email compliance standards and best practices, including unsubscribe processes and data privacy considerations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
