Key Responsibilities
The Email Marketer will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness. Daily duties include writing compelling email content, designing visually appealing templates, segmenting contact lists, and setting up automated workflows. The role requires conducting A/B tests on subject lines and layouts to optimize campaign effectiveness. Monitoring campaign performance through metrics such as open rates and click-through rates is essential, along with analyzing data to refine and improve future campaigns.

Collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams is critical to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall marketing strategies. The Email Marketer must also ensure compliance with email regulations and industry best practices to maintain the company’s reputation and legal standing.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or SendGrid, including marketing automation tools.
- Strong skills in email copywriting, basic HTML for email formatting, and designing email templates with a focus on visual layout.
- Ability to manage and segment contact lists effectively and implement automated email workflows.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics, generating detailed reports, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including lead nurturing, conversion funnels, and CRM integration.
- Knowledge of email compliance standards such as CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe mechanisms, and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
