TEKXAI is seeking a dedicated Female Email Marketer to join our team on an onsite basis. The role involves working evening to night shifts, specifically from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and requires full-time presence at our office location. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on B2B outreach. Experience in managing campaigns related to construction estimating will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Build, maintain, and manage email lists and prospect databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct proactive email outreach to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Create compelling and optimized email content aimed at improving response and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including responses and lead generation outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to align email marketing efforts with overall lead generation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing and B2B outreach campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and outreach tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet daily targets.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite during the specified night shift hours.
