Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

EHM Technology, based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join their onsite team full-time. This role focuses on supporting B2B outreach campaigns targeting the US and Canadian markets. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates or those with up to six months of relevant experience who are eager to develop their skills in lead generation, prospect research, and email marketing within an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and extract targeted B2B prospect data specifically for the US and Canadian markets.
- Build, organize, verify, and maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect databases.
- Identify relevant companies, business owners, and key decision-makers to enhance outreach efforts.
- Prepare and execute cold-email outreach campaigns using appropriate tools and platforms.
- Manage email sequences, follow-ups, and handle incoming responses efficiently.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and maintain detailed activity reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and organization across spreadsheets and outreach platforms.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh candidates or applicants with up to six months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of B2B lead generation, email marketing, or prospect research principles.
- Strong research skills combined with excellent data-handling and organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and outreach strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is a plus.
