Six Stars Sports Apparel is seeking a skilled Email and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the expansion of our international B2B customer base. This role focuses on the apparel, sportswear, teamwear, and private-label manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B email marketing and digital outreach, with a proven ability to generate leads and build relationships with buyers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B email campaigns and cold outreach strategies to attract international buyers.
- Prospect and engage potential clients across global markets, focusing on expanding the customer base.
- Manage LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels to increase brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Facilitate the generation of Requests for Quotations (RFQs), schedule meetings, and coordinate sample requests with prospective clients.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance data and optimize marketing efforts to maximize results and ROI.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in email and digital marketing, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong expertise in B2B email marketing, including campaign creation, targeting, and follow-up.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage international clients.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the apparel, textile, sportswear, or related manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
