Email Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

Lets Be Brand is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in planning, creating, and managing email campaigns that effectively engage subscribers and drive results. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can write compelling email copy, segment subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and schedule email marketing campaigns to align with overall marketing goals.
- Write clear, engaging email copy and subject lines that capture audience attention.
- Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
- Set up automated email sequences and follow-up campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
- Track key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
- Report on campaign results and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with popular email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Strong written English skills and proficiency in copywriting tailored for email audiences.
- Understanding of list segmentation techniques and basic email analytics.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Dependable and capable of meeting deadlines consistently.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 25,000 to 85,000, depending on experience.
