The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of email campaign management, audience segmentation, automation, content creation, and performance optimization.

Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Major Job ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and manage multiple email marketing campaigns effectively.
Coordinate campaign schedules, audiences, content, and execution.
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and within defined timelines.

Email Content & Audience Segmentation

Create engaging and relevant email content aligned with campaign objectives.
Develop and manage audience segments to deliver personalized communications.
Apply copywriting principles to create compelling subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action.

Email Automation & Optimization

Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows.
Use automation tools to streamline communication and improve campaign effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing across relevant campaign elements.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on audience response and performance data.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor key email marketing KPIs and campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve future campaigns.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Knowledge of email campaign planning and execution.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Strong understanding of copywriting and audience segmentation.
Ability to create personalized and engaging email content for target audiences.
Knowledge of email automation tools and A/B testing methodologies.
Ability to set up workflows and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with practical experience in email marketing, campaign management, automation, segmentation, copywriting, and performance analysis will be preferred.

Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics/reporting platforms will be an advantage.
