Email Marketing Specialist

The Email Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi Division. This role focuses on planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, dealer engagement, and retention across multiple markets. The specialist will be responsible for building and segmenting email lists, crafting and optimizing email content, setting up automated workflows, and maintaining campaign schedules. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and recommending improvements based on insights are key components of the role. Close collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams is essential to ensure email communications align with the company’s brand messaging and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and dealer engagement initiatives.
- Build, segment, and maintain email lists to ensure precise audience targeting.
- Write, edit, and optimize email content for clarity, engagement, and conversion.
- Set up and manage automated email workflows to nurture leads and maintain dealer relationships.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Generate actionable insights from data to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to align email strategies with overall business goals.
- Maintain an up-to-date campaign calendar and ensure timely execution of all email communications.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in email marketing software and marketing automation tools for campaign design, scheduling, and optimization.
- Experience with marketing analytics to track KPIs, interpret performance data, and derive actionable insights.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences in clear English.
- Proven experience in lead generation through targeted email strategies and nurturing sequences.
- Background in digital or performance marketing, preferably within B2B or automotive sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
