Email Outreach Executive

Dexora Digital is seeking a motivated Email Outreach Executive to join our team and help expand our client base. In this role, you will identify and connect with potential businesses that could benefit from our digital marketing and website services. Your main tasks will include researching target companies, crafting personalized outreach emails, following up professionally, and maintaining detailed records of all communications and outcomes. This position requires clear written English, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented approach to outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and relevant business contacts.
- Write personalized introductory and follow-up emails tailored to each prospect.
- Clearly and accurately communicate the services offered by Dexora Digital.
- Maintain organized records of contacts, email exchanges, replies, and follow-up actions.
- Respond promptly to interested prospects and coordinate subsequent steps with the internal team.
- Track outreach efforts and report on responses, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings.
- Continuously test and refine email messaging to improve engagement and results.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written English skills with the ability to compose professional and clear email communications.
- Excellent online research capabilities and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to customize messages according to different business needs and profiles.
- Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
- High attention to detail in managing contact information and follow-up schedules.
- Willingness and ability to work from the office located in Sabzazar, Multan.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in email outreach, lead generation, or business development is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong writing and research skills are encouraged to apply. The starting salary for this position is Rs15,000 per month. After two months, performance and outreach results will be reviewed, and a salary increase may be considered based on the effectiveness of your efforts. This role requires in-person attendance at our office, providing an opportunity to collaborate closely with the team.
