We are looking for a talented Embroidery Digitizer to join our team based in Valencia Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting logos and designs into precise embroidery files, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team to deliver timely and flawless embroidery work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Convert logos and designs into embroidery files using Wilcom and Pulse software.
- Accurately position logos and designs on garments to achieve the best visual outcome.
- Optimize embroidery settings tailored to different fabrics and design complexities.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
- Maintain strict quality control standards to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to embroidery digitizing processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software, specifically Wilcom and Pulse.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, fabric types, and materials.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate efficiently with team members.

Shift Timing:
Both day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules.

Job Type and Compensation:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs75,000.

Work Location:
The role requires in-person attendance at our facility in Valencia Town, Lahore.
