Key Responsibilities

For the Puncture/Trace Operator role, the main duties include tracing embroidery designs, setting punctures, configuring color sequences, and ensuring the smooth operation of 8-Head Multihead Embroidery Machines such as Dahao, Tajima, or Barudan. This position involves digitizing and preparing embroidery designs accurately for production to maintain quality and efficiency.

Machine Operators are responsible for running the embroidery machines, threading needles, hooping or framing fabric, and conducting quality control throughout production runs. Maintaining consistent output and minimizing downtime are essential to this role, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.

Required Qualifications

For the Puncture/Trace Operator position, candidates must have proven hands-on experience with puncture setting, digitizing, and trace operations on 8-Head Multihead Embroidery Machines, specifically with brands like Dahao, Tajima, or Barudan.

Machine Operator candidates should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of practical experience operating 8-Head Embroidery Machines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
