Join Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) as a KYC Specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming our KYC support function. In this position, you will collaborate closely with teams across Investment, Fund Management, Compliance, and Risk, gaining direct exposure to global onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities
- Manage KYC requests efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to support onboarding and KYC activities.
- Serve as the primary contact for KYC inquiries, guiding clients and internal stakeholders through complex issues.
- Handle Requests for Information (RFIs) and oversee workload prioritisation to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain data quality controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Work closely with Financial Crime and Risk teams to align with KYC policies and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage your expertise to support continuous improvement and deliver optimal outcomes in KYC processes.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience as a KYC Relationship Manager or in a similar KYC support role.
- Strong understanding of KYC processes, including documentation, policies, and risk assessments.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and determination to achieve results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- A strong learning mindset, open to new experiences and information, capable of navigating complexity and ambiguity to solve problems effectively.
