Engine Parts Data & Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engine Parts Data & Accounts Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge combined with advanced Excel skills and experience in managing financial transactions, data entry, and reporting. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting inventory and purchasing operations. The position offers a monthly salary range of PKR 70,000 to 80,000 and requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage part numbers, product descriptions, and inventory-related data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Process supplier invoices, purchase orders, and maintain purchasing records efficiently.
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, perform financial reconciliations, and verify invoices to maintain accurate accounts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing invoices, pending credit notes, and data errors.
- Prepare detailed reports, analyze transactional data, and maintain up-to-date financial documentation.
- Update accounting software, ERP systems, and internal databases to reflect current financial and inventory information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliation, or data operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and IF formulas.
- Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
