Engineer AWM

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our Engineering team at the Karachi Engineering Complex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airworthiness management and a thorough understanding of aircraft systems. This role requires hands-on experience with reliability monitoring, defect analysis, and the evaluation of technical literature. The successful applicant will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and supporting the overall safety and efficiency of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage various airworthiness functions to ensure aircraft compliance and safety.
- Conduct reliability monitoring and perform detailed defect analysis to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Evaluate technical literature and documentation to support maintenance and operational decisions.
- Utilize AIRBUSWORLD and AirNav tools proficiently to access and interpret relevant aircraft data.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aviation regulations and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver clear communication and presentations related to airworthiness and engineering topics to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or a Type Rating qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in various airworthiness management functions within the aviation industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in aircraft systems and their operational intricacies.
- Proven experience in reliability monitoring, defect analysis, and technical literature evaluation.
- Proficiency in using AIRBUSWORLD and AirNav tools for aircraft data management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and standards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.
