Dynamic Sportswear (Pvt) Limited, a leading manufacturer and exporter of socks based in Lahore-Chung, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Utilities departments, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, manage capital investment projects, and drive performance improvements within the engineering function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Utilities sections of the organization.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for all critical equipment to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement capital investment projects to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Monitor and improve Engineering Department KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to engineering staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments to support collaboration and problem-solving.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Age range between 40 to 50 years.
- Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar managerial role within engineering functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead teams and train reporting staff effectively.
