Engineering Project Manager

ITNX is partnering with a leading international advisory firm that delivers major infrastructure projects worldwide to recruit an engineering graduate with 0–3 years of professional experience. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with an engineering background to develop a career in project management. The successful candidate will assist experienced project leaders by supporting project coordination, schedule and budget tracking, reporting, and overall project administration across global infrastructure initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals ready to apply their analytical and organizational skills in a dynamic project management environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist project leaders with project planning, coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and reporting documentation.
- Support budget monitoring and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Prepare project reports and presentations.
- Coordinate project information and documentation using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Track actions, deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones.
- Collaborate effectively with international project teams across different time zones.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of professional experience post-graduation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Internship, graduate placement, or professional exposure to project coordination, engineering projects, planning, scheduling, or reporting.
- Experience with Primavera P6 is not required.
