English Accent & Communication Trainer

Axiom World is seeking a confident and experienced English Accent & Communication Trainer to join our team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with over one year of call center sales experience who possesses a strong command of spoken English and a clear American accent. The primary focus of this position is to enhance the communication, pronunciation, and professional speaking skills of our employees, enabling them to engage more effectively with clients and improve overall team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions focused on English communication, pronunciation, and accent improvement.
- Coach employees to boost their fluency, confidence, tone, and overall communication abilities.
- Identify communication gaps through assessment and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials and practical speaking exercises tailored to team needs.
- Support employees in refining their professional communication skills for client interactions.
- Monitor individual progress and recommend specific areas for further improvement.
- Foster a culture of clear, confident, and professional English communication throughout the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in call center sales.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong American accent and precise pronunciation.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, engaging personality with demonstrated coaching abilities.
- Ability to accurately identify communication weaknesses and effectively guide employees to improve.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or quality assurance is considered an advantage.
