Future Serve Overseas Education Consultants is seeking an experienced English Language Test Instructor to prepare students for international English proficiency exams including IELTS, Oxford ELLT, TOEFL iBT, and PTE Academic. The role involves delivering targeted preparation classes, assessing students’ proficiency levels, and guiding them through test formats and strategies to help achieve their desired scores. This position is based in Peshawar and requires in-person attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured preparation classes covering all language skills assessed in IELTS Academic, Oxford ELLT, TOEFL iBT, and PTE Academic.
- Assess students’ initial English proficiency and target test scores to recommend tailored, test-specific study plans.
- Teach test formats, task types, academic English, time management, and exam strategies relevant to each test.
- Evaluate speaking and writing tasks, conduct mock assessments, and provide constructive feedback aligned with official scoring criteria.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, practice exercises, and mock tests for all specified exams.
- Conduct timed practice sessions, monitor student progress, and adapt instruction to meet individual test requirements.
- Maintain accurate attendance and performance records and coordinate class schedules with the Future Serve team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is required.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong knowledge of grammar, academic writing, and pronunciation.
- Solid understanding of IELTS Academic, Oxford ELLT, TOEFL iBT, and PTE Academic test formats and assessment criteria.
- Ability to evaluate and improve learners’ writing and speaking skills, including computer-based speaking and integrated tasks.
- Strong lesson planning, classroom management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable maintaining learner progress reports and providing individualized feedback.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- An IELTS overall band score of 7.5 or above, or evidence of comparable English proficiency, is preferred.
- TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, or other recognized English-teaching certifications are beneficial.
- At least one year of experience teaching English test preparation, ideally including IELTS and one or more of Oxford ELLT, TOEFL iBT, or PTE Academic.
- Experience teaching all four language skills (listening, reading, writing, speaking) and applying test-specific scoring guidance.
- Familiarity with computer-based test formats and conducting mock tests is advantageous.

Additional Requirements
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Peshawar prior to starting employment.
