We are seeking an English Lead to provide strong academic leadership within the English department, enhance teaching and learning practices, and support teachers in delivering outstanding English education throughout the school.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the English department in meeting academic goals.
- Ensure effective planning, delivery, and assessment of the English curriculum.
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom strategies, and student evaluations.
- Conduct classroom observations and offer constructive feedback to improve teaching practices.
- Mentor and coach teachers, facilitating their professional development.
- Monitor student progress and identify areas needing academic improvement.
- Review and enhance curriculum resources, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Promote the development of reading, writing, speaking, listening, and critical-thinking skills.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of academic initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with Section Heads and school leadership on curriculum and academic matters.
- Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Proven teaching and leadership experience in a school setting.
- Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and contemporary teaching methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership teams.
- Commitment to academic excellence and ongoing professional growth.

This role is based onsite at The Intellect School’s Korangi campus and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the academic and personal growth of students.
