English-Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Patient Support Representative to join our team in Lahore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to six months of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic healthcare environment. The position is based on-site at PakArab Housing Society, D Block, Lahore, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The salary range for this role is PKR 40,000 to 60,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients and addressing their inquiries professionally.
- Communicate effectively in English to support patient needs and ensure clear understanding.
- Maintain a confident and professional demeanor while interacting with patients and team members.
- Adapt to evening and night shifts as required by the job schedule.

Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional attitude with confidence in handling patient interactions.
- Basic customer service skills and a willingness to learn and grow within the healthcare support field.
- Availability to work the specified evening shift from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
