We are seeking a dedicated and qualified English Teacher to join our academic team at The Noor Grammar School. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction, fostering students’ language development, and creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment. This role involves preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and contributing to the overall academic growth of the students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Teach various language skills including grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, tests, and other instructional materials.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Identify individual student learning needs and offer additional support as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of attendance and academic progress.
- Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic development when required.
- Participate actively in school activities, meetings, training sessions, and other academic events.
- Stay informed about effective teaching methods and current educational practices to enhance teaching quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Good classroom management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with students and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Employment type is full-time with an in-person work location at The Noor Grammar School.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.
