English Trainer

We are seeking a highly fluent and confident English Language Trainer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our location on Zarar Shaheed Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language training sessions aimed at improving students’ spoken and written communication skills. This role requires a professional who can create a positive learning environment, develop comprehensive lesson plans, and provide constructive feedback to help students build confidence and proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions focused on spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, writing, and presentation skills.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, activities, and training materials tailored to student needs.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Foster a supportive and professional classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
- Enhance students’ overall communication abilities and confidence through effective teaching methods.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive learning environment.

Required Qualifications
- Exceptional fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Education, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication principles.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
- A confident and professional demeanor suitable for a teaching environment.
- Proven ability to manage classrooms and maintain student engagement effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in teaching or English language training is highly preferred.
- The position offers a starting salary of PKR 50,000 per month.
- Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
