Engro Enfrashare is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Manager Power Projects based in Islamabad. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in electrical or telecommunications engineering who possess experience in power planning, optimization, project management, and energy efficiency, particularly within the telecom tower industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing power solutions across multiple sites, monitoring energy savings, preparing detailed performance reports, and collaborating closely with regional teams to ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop site-specific power solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across telecom tower sites.
- Monitor and track energy savings achieved at individual locations to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing energy-saving performance.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare planned versus actual outcomes, identifying any discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with regional teams to support power planning initiatives and facilitate smooth project implementation.
- Plan and execute energy efficiency initiatives to reduce operating costs and improve overall system performance.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize DC power solutions across telecom infrastructure.
- Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery and achievement of performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Operations, Maintenance, and Optimization (OMO) or Tower Company environments.
- At least 3 to 5 years of focused experience in power planning and optimization within the Tower Company sector.
- Strong knowledge of telecom power systems, site-level energy management, and power solution optimization is essential.

Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Expertise in DC power planning and optimization for telecom sites, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing energy costs.
- Proven project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects.
- Ability to conduct detailed variance analysis and prepare insightful performance reports.
- Experience in people management, including coordinating teams and supporting performance objectives.
- Vendor management skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and service providers for project delivery and operational support.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
