Enrollment for CSR / Outbound Call Center Representative

We are seeking motivated candidates with strong communication skills to join our U.S.-based campaign. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our customer interactions. Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively will help you build rapport with customers and contribute to the overall success of our team. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi, with a requirement to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work. Candidates must also be comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Adhere to company procedures to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a clear accent, essential for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to persuade customers while maintaining professionalism and composure.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
- Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Rawalpindi before starting employment.
- Proficiency in English is required.
