Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives with a focus on Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR), cloud migration, and modernization strategies.
- Drive assessment and reduction of technical debt through comprehensive application assessments.
- Develop and present strong business cases including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to support transformation efforts.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring excellent customer-facing consulting and communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure funding and support for cloud initiatives such as Microsoft Moonshot/Azure and AWS MAP/WALT programs.
- Monitor and improve assessment-to-transformation conversion rates, contributing to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Focus on delivering measurable outcomes across ERGO affiliates and other client organizations within the insurance and financial services sectors.

Required Qualifications:
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or modernization projects.
- Proven expertise in Application Portfolio Rationalization, Enterprise Architecture frameworks, and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, technical debt management, application assessment, business case development, and TCO analysis.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and customer-facing consulting engagements.
- Experience working within the Insurance or Financial Services industries is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications:
- TOGAF certification demonstrating mastery of enterprise architecture principles.
- Azure Solutions Architect and AWS Solutions Architect certifications to validate cloud platform expertise.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or PgMP to support effective program delivery.

Success Measures:
- Generation of APR opportunities across client affiliates.
- Successful acquisition of funding through Microsoft Moonshot/Azure and AWS MAP/WALT initiatives.
- High conversion rates from assessment phases to transformation projects.
- Positive customer satisfaction scores and measurable revenue growth.
