Entrata Operations Intern

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is seeking an Entrata Operations Intern to join our remote team. This internship offers an opportunity to support daily Entrata operations by managing workflows, data, and tasks across various teams. While prior Entrata experience is not required, candidates should be comfortable learning new software and working within business systems. The role focuses on business operations and coordination, helping ensure smooth and accurate processes in a fast-paced, tech-enabled property management environment. The schedule aligns with U.S. Central Time (CT).

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily Entrata workflows, tasks, and data management.
- Coordinate with onsite and remote teams to ensure tasks and processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Learn Entrata’s CRM, workflows, and property management functions to effectively assist teams.
- Enter, update, and review information within Entrata to maintain data accuracy.
- Follow up on incomplete tasks, missing information, and operational requirements to ensure workflow continuity.
- Assist teams with day-to-day processes and system-related tasks to improve efficiency.
- Help identify process gaps and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience in general operations, sales, administration, or coordination is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to learn Entrata and other new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
