Entrata Operations Intern

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) is offering a remote internship opportunity for an Entrata Operations Intern to support daily Entrata operations. This role involves managing workflows, data, and tasks across various teams to ensure smooth business operations. While prior Entrata experience is not required, candidates should be comfortable learning new software systems and working with business tools. The internship operates on U.S. Central Time (CT) and provides valuable exposure to property and asset management within a tech-enabled, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily Entrata workflows, tasks, and data management to maintain operational accuracy.
- Coordinate with both onsite and remote teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to processes.
- Learn and utilize Entrata’s CRM, workflows, and property management functions effectively.
- Enter, update, and review data within Entrata to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on incomplete tasks, missing information, and other operational requirements to maintain workflow continuity.
- Assist teams with routine processes and system-related tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps in current processes and contribute to workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience in general operations, sales, administration, or coordination is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or business software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness and ability to learn Entrata and adapt to new systems quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
