Entry-Level Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Concord AI is seeking an Entry-Level Full Stack Developer to join their fully remote team, open to candidates based in Pakistan. This opportunity is ideal for developers with little to no formal experience, including those who are self-taught, recent bootcamp graduates, or in their first job, as long as they can deliver functional code. Concord AI focuses on building local-first tools that enable AI coding agents to coordinate through shared presence, claims, messaging, and task memory. The company maintains an open-source project available on GitHub, reflecting its commitment to transparency and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack features across Concord AI’s web product and APIs.
- Deliver small, clear pull requests involving UI components, backend endpoints, and basic data models.
- Work primarily with TypeScript/JavaScript, using React or similar frameworks for frontend development and Node or similar technologies for backend services.
- Contribute to documentation, create examples, and help polish open-source tooling to improve usability and developer experience.
- Collaborate asynchronously with a small, fully remote team, ensuring effective communication and project progress.

Required Qualifications
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with at least one frontend framework, preferably React.
- Experience with one backend framework or runtime, preferably Node.js.
- Ability to clearly explain a project you have built from start to finish.
- Proficient written English communication skills and access to reliable internet connectivity.
