The Equipment Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Peshawar. This role involves managing the procurement, inventory, maintenance, and safe operation of all pharmacy and mini mart equipment. Key equipment includes refrigerators, storage units, dispensing tools, and point-of-sale devices. The Equipment Manager will monitor equipment performance daily, schedule routine inspections and servicing, coordinate repairs with vendors, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Maintaining accurate records of equipment usage, warranties, and service history is essential, along with recommending necessary upgrades or replacements to maintain efficient store operations. Collaboration with store management and staff is critical to minimize downtime, support continuous customer service, and ensure proper storage and handling of healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of pharmacy and mini mart equipment.
- Monitor daily equipment performance and schedule routine inspections and servicing.
- Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards related to equipment and product storage.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, warranties, and service history.
- Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with store management and staff to minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted customer service.
- Support proper handling and storage of medicines and healthcare products through effective equipment management.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in equipment management, facility maintenance, or store operations, preferably within pharmacy, retail, or healthcare environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, maintain records, and track maintenance schedules efficiently.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with the capability to liaise effectively with external service providers.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to the storage and handling of medicines and healthcare products.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and inventory or asset management systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well with store staff and management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and reliably perform duties in an on-site retail setting.
