Equity Trader

MRA Securities Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Equity Trader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pakistan’s capital markets and demonstrate hands-on experience in equity trading. This role requires the ability to identify market opportunities while effectively managing trading risks, ensuring disciplined execution aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute buy and sell orders on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously monitor market movements, stock prices, trading volumes, and overall market trends to spot potential trading opportunities.
- Analyze market data, including company fundamentals and technical indicators, to support informed trading decisions.
- Develop and implement trading strategies that align with current market conditions and company guidelines.
- Manage trading risks carefully, maintaining discipline throughout the trade execution process.
- Stay informed about PSX announcements, economic developments, corporate actions, and other relevant market news.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely market updates and trading support when necessary.
- Ensure full compliance with PSX regulations, company policies, and established trading procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Equity Trader, preferably within a brokerage house environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Pakistan Stock Exchange and its trading mechanisms.
- Solid understanding of technical analysis, market trends, and risk management principles.
- Familiarity with trading terminals, market data systems, and order execution platforms.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic market environment.
- Strong communication skills paired with a professional and disciplined attitude.
