We are seeking an experienced ERP Consultant to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will take ownership of existing ERP modules, understand current workflows, and drive continuous improvement. This role involves collaborating closely with developers and technical teams to refine functionality, design new modules, and ensure seamless integration, testing, and deployment. Key Responsibilities
- Study and thoroughly understand existing ERP modules and workflows.
- Take charge of ongoing ERP projects and continue their development.
- Collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams to enhance current ERP functionalities.
- Analyze business requirements and assist in designing and developing new ERP modules.
- Manage integration, testing, and deployment processes to ensure smooth implementation.
- Continuously improve existing ERP workflows and system functionality to meet evolving business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 2 to 5+ years in ERP development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate well within a team environment, especially with software developers.
