ERP Functional Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably Odoo or Oracle, and a solid understanding of how business processes integrate with ERP solutions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the ERP system aligns with organizational needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into ERP functionalities.
- Support the configuration and customization of ERP modules according to organizational needs.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure ERP functionalities are properly implemented and integrated.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members or technical experts when necessary.
- Provide end-user support and deliver basic training to ensure effective system utilization.
- Collaborate with senior consultants, cross-functional teams, and vendors to implement ERP solutions successfully.
- Stay updated on ERP trends, functionalities, and best practices to continuously improve system performance.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Candidates who are CA Finalists or ACCA-qualified/part-qualified will be preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
- Exposure to Odoo ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, HR, and supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in supporting or training end-users is an advantage.
- ERP-related certifications will be considered a plus.
