ERP Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager ERP to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the performance and functionality of our ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP platforms, with particular expertise in Odoo and Oracle. You will lead ERP implementation and management efforts, ensuring that the system effectively supports business processes and drives operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules to align with evolving business needs.
- Conduct thorough testing of ERP functionalities to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, coordinating with technical teams when necessary.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to maximize ERP utilization.
- Work with external vendors and consultants to implement and optimize ERP solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and functionalities.
- Lead, mentor, and share knowledge with junior team members to build a strong ERP team.

Required Qualifications

- Professional qualification such as CMA, CA, or ACCA (Member) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience with modern ERP platforms including Odoo, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
- Strong proficiency specifically in Odoo and Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of business processes and their integration with ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proven track record of working successfully in cross-functional environments.
- Solid organizational and project management capabilities.
- Experience in training end-users on ERP functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Relevant certifications in ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
- The position is based onsite in Johar Town, Lahore.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting from 1:00 PM onwards.
