The Data Manager position based in Lahore, Pakistan, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company’s ERP systems and AI-driven data initiatives. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager or Internal Operations Manager in the UK, this full-time, on-site role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of datasets. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, cleaning, and enriching data to support machine learning projects and enhance sales growth and operational efficiency. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, along with 1-3 years of experience in data administration or analysis. The monthly compensation ranges from PKR 75,000 to 150,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain ERP and CRM databases with precise and comprehensive information.
- Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and errors across systems.
- Source and verify missing data from both internal and external references.
- Support AI and machine learning projects by preparing and validating training datasets.
- Collaborate closely with the IT team based in the UK to ensure process alignment.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to aid management in decision-making.
- Uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in data management, analysis, or administration is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good understanding of ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and reliability in handling data.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken) as well as proficiency in the local language.
