The Data Manager position based in Lahore, Pakistan, offers an exciting opportunity to support the company’s ERP systems and AI-driven data projects. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager and Internal Operations Manager in the UK, this full-time, on-site role focuses on reviewing, cleaning, and enriching datasets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality data for machine learning initiatives, helping to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in data administration or analysis and demands fluency in both written and verbal English.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain ERP and CRM databases with accurate, complete information to support business operations.
- Identify, investigate, and correct data inconsistencies and errors within the systems.
- Source and verify missing or incomplete information using internal and external references.
- Support AI and machine learning projects by preparing, cleaning, and validating training datasets.
- Collaborate closely with the UK-based IT team to ensure processes and data management practices are aligned.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or data administration roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data handling and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency in managing data.
- Effective communication skills in English (both written and verbal) along with proficiency in the local language.
