Estimate Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Estimate Engineer to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and cost estimation, particularly within Civil Construction, Pipeline, and MEP projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of preparing accurate estimates, tender documentation, and coordinating effectively with various stakeholders. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to PKR 150,000 and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quantity take-offs and perform detailed rate analysis.
- Prepare tendering and bidding documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop quotations and comparative statements to support project decision-making.
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
- Estimate costs for Civil, Pipeline, and MEP works, ensuring alignment with project budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market rates and construction materials to ensure competitive and realistic cost estimates.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
- Strong expertise in Civil Construction, Pipeline, and MEP projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to independently prepare complete tenders and detailed estimates.
