Estimation Engineer Required - Females Only

Located in DHA Phase 3, Lahore, this on-site role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with over one year of experience in US construction cost estimation and pricing. Working a morning shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping competitive bids for major US construction projects. Key Responsibilities

- Develop zero-error, detailed cost estimates for a variety of US construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Build comprehensive pricing models covering labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Utilize industry-standard US pricing databases such as RSMeans, Craftsman, and BNI to inform cost modeling.
- Prepare compelling bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and pricing summaries that enhance the chances of winning contracts.
- Analyze project specifications and quantities thoroughly to guarantee 100% cost coverage.
- Collaborate closely with senior estimators and project managers to validate pricing strategies and assumptions.
- Stay updated on US market trends, labor rates, and material costs to maintain sharp pricing intelligence.
- Perform quantity takeoffs from architectural and structural drawings with high accuracy.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with minimal supervision.
- Review drawings and specifications to identify any scope gaps and coordinate with senior team members for clarifications through RFIs.
- Prepare basic cost estimates focusing on material and labor components.
- Work across CSI divisions such as Concrete, Finishes, and Framing.
- Track addendums and revisions in project drawings to ensure estimates remain current.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in US construction cost estimation and pricing.
- Proven expertise in unit rate building, cost modeling, and bid preparation.
- Demonstrated proficiency with US cost databases like RSMeans, Craftsman, or BNI.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including modeling, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
- Ability to accurately interpret US project drawings, scopes, and specifications for precise pricing.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and numerical accuracy.
- Effective professional communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
