Etsy Account Associate

MultanGlobal Ecommerce Consultants (GEC) is looking for a motivated Etsy Account Associate to join their team in Multan. This on-site position involves managing Etsy product listings, enhancing visibility through SEO, and supporting various store operations. The role requires hands-on experience with print-on-demand (POD) products, order processing, customer service, and Etsy advertising. The working hours are from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM at the Model Town location near Karachi BBQ, Multan. Candidates will undergo a three-month probation period before confirmation as a permanent employee. Compensation details will be shared during the interview and trial phase.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize Etsy product listings using effective SEO strategies to improve product visibility and drive sales.
- Design engaging visuals and marketing materials using Canva to support product listings and promotional campaigns.
- Manage print-on-demand (POD) product knowledge to ensure accurate and appealing product offerings.
- Process orders promptly and provide excellent customer support to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Plan, implement, and manage Etsy Ads and marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
- Utilize basic AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in managing Etsy listings and applying SEO optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating creative content and product visuals.
- Solid understanding of print-on-demand (POD) products and related processes.
- Strong skills in order processing and customer service within an e-commerce setting.
- Familiarity with Etsy Ads and digital marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge and application of AI tools to support e-commerce activities.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from Rs360,000 to Rs480,000, based on experience and performance during the probation period.
