Etsy Account Associate

Global Ecommerce Consultants (GEC) in Multan is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Etsy Account Associate to manage their Etsy Print-on-Demand (POD) stores. This role requires a hands-on approach to product design, listing creation and optimization, order processing, customer support, and advertising campaign management. The ideal candidate will blend design skills with ecommerce knowledge and customer service expertise to support the growth and smooth operation of the Etsy stores.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize Etsy listings by crafting effective titles, tags, and descriptions while applying SEO best practices.
- Design product creatives, mockups, and promotional banners using Canva.
- Process orders efficiently and coordinate with POD suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage customer communications professionally, including handling messages, cases, and reviews.
- Oversee and optimize Etsy Ads campaigns to maximize store visibility and sales.
- Support broader marketing activities such as social media content creation and seasonal promotions.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance work speed and quality.

Required Qualifications
- Practical experience with Etsy Seller Hub, including managing listings, orders, and advertisements.
- Strong proficiency in Canva with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Working knowledge of POD products and platforms such as Printify and Printful.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI.
- Good written English communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Etsy SEO tools such as eRank, EverBee, or Marmalead is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
- Exposure to other ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon is beneficial.
- This is a full-time position, Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
- The work location is on-site at Model Town, MDA Road, near Karachi BBQ, Multan.
- The role begins with a 3-month probation period, after which a permanent position may be offered based on performance.
- Salary is competitive and will be determined based on interview and trial performance, approximately ranging from Rs360,000 to Rs480,000 per year.
