Key Responsibilities
- Attend structured training lectures and complete all assigned tasks diligently.
- Conduct product research and analyze competitor shops to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Assist in creating and optimizing product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Support the team with daily shop management activities such as handling orders and customer communications.

Required Qualifications
- Currently a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in learning about e-commerce.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Fundamental understanding of written and spoken English.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, demonstrating regularity and responsibility.
- No prior experience with Etsy or e-commerce is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a 3-month unpaid internship conducted remotely, focused on providing a hands-on learning experience. Interns will receive comprehensive Etsy training through lectures and practical assignments, covering key areas such as shop setup, policies, product research, Etsy SEO (including writing titles, tags, and keywords), creating attractive listings, managing orders and customer messages, understanding Etsy fees and profit calculations, as well as basic marketing strategies including Etsy Ads.
