We are a fast-growing eCommerce agency looking to hire an experienced Etsy Expert to help expand and enhance the performance of our Etsy shop. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about eCommerce and has a proven ability to increase sales through effective listing optimization, SEO, and advertising. The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to managing product listings, implementing targeted SEO strategies, and running paid campaigns to drive traffic and improve conversion rates. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyze shop performance and continuously refine strategies to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Etsy shop listings by improving SEO elements such as titles, descriptions, and images to boost search rankings and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and apply Etsy-specific SEO best practices to enhance product visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies focused on increasing traffic and driving sales growth.
- Manage Etsy Ads campaigns and support other paid advertising initiatives to maximize shop exposure.
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and fostering positive relationships with buyers.
- Monitor and analyze shop performance using Etsy analytics tools, preparing regular reports on key metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing Etsy shops with a successful track record of sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO techniques and an understanding of current market trends on the platform.
- Practical experience in managing Etsy Ads and executing online marketing strategies.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to listing presentation and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with team members.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs70,000 per month.
