Etsy Product Design & Listing VA

We are seeking a talented and creative Etsy Product Design and Listing Virtual Assistant to join our team on-site in Rawalpindi. This role is ideal for someone passionate about graphic design, particularly in T-shirt designs and Print-on-Demand (POD) products, with a strong interest in Etsy as a marketplace. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, and the salary will be negotiated based on your skills and experience. Key Responsibilities
- Create original and eye-catching T-shirt designs.
- Design a variety of products including hoodies, mugs, posters, tote bags, and phone cases.
- Develop professional product mockups to showcase designs effectively.
- Conduct research on Etsy trends and identify profitable niches.
- Generate new product ideas and design concepts aligned with market demand.
- Prepare and upload product listings on Etsy with attention to detail.
- Write optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to improve product visibility.
- Perform Etsy keyword research to enhance SEO and ranking.
- Analyze competitors and stay updated on market trends.
- Maintain consistent quality across all design work.
- Utilize AI design tools when appropriate to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with a good sense of typography, composition, and overall design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Prior experience working with Etsy is preferred.
- Knowledge of Print-on-Demand business models and processes.
- Understanding of Etsy SEO and keyword research techniques.
- Creative mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work, especially related to T-shirts or POD products.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with platforms and tools such as Printify, Printful, EverBee, and eRank will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with Etsy SEO strategies, AI design tools, and trend research on Pinterest and TikTok is also beneficial.
