Etsy Shop Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Etsy Expert to take charge of managing and expanding our Etsy store. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Etsy SEO, product listing optimization, keyword research, and effective sales growth strategies. This role requires a proactive individual who can enhance shop visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales through strategic management and continuous performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings on Etsy to maximize appeal and searchability.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement Etsy SEO best practices to improve ranking.
- Analyze competitors and stay updated on market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Enhance overall shop visibility, increase traffic, and boost sales performance.
- Manage daily listings and continuously monitor shop metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with demonstrable results.
- Strong skills in SEO and keyword research specific to the Etsy platform.
- Familiarity with Etsy tools such as eRank or Marmalead for data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- At least one year of experience as an Etsy Account Manager is preferred.
- The position is based in Islamabad, with in-person work required.
- Competitive monthly pay ranging from Rs25,000 to Rs60,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
