Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on selecting countries, universities, and courses aligned with their academic profiles, career goals, and budgets.
- Guide students through the entire application process, including shortlisting universities, preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), managing documentation, adhering to deadlines, and handling admission offers.
- Prepare and process visa applications, ensuring compliance with financial documentation and country-specific requirements such as Germany’s blocked account regulations.
- Provide advice on scholarship opportunities and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tuition fees, intake periods, and deadline changes across partner universities.
- Support parents by addressing concerns related to costs, safety, and return on investment throughout the student’s application and visa process.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in study abroad counselling or visa processing, preferably with exposure to the complete student journey rather than isolated stages.
- Practical knowledge of higher education and visa systems in Germany, Ireland, or Turkey.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, with the ability to convey complex information such as visa regulations and funding requirements clearly and honestly.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in managing deadlines and ensuring documentation accuracy.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, focused on managing the Europe desk and supporting students from their initial counselling session through to successful visa processing.
