EV Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager based in Gulberg, Lahore, with expertise in motorcycles and e-bikes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the motorcycles and e-bikes market. This role requires a proactive leader who can build strong relationships with dealers and distributors, monitor market trends, and lead a sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for motorcycles and e-bikes.
- Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities regularly to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Supervise and mentor the sales team, set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and evaluate their performance to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with customer needs and market demands.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales, specifically within motorcycles and e-bikes.
- Strong network within the motorcycle selling and battery distribution channels, enabling effective market penetration.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
