EV SALES SPECIALIST

Royal Solar Energy (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented EV Sales Specialist to join their team in Lahore. This role focuses on driving the growth of the company’s electric vehicle and EV charging business. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, experience in customer relationship management, and a genuine interest in electric mobility. This full-time position requires 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electric vehicle and EV charging market.
- Generate leads, engage potential customers, and successfully convert prospects into sales.
- Promote electric vehicle products, charging solutions, and associated services.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations to showcase offerings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, automotive, electric vehicles, or a similar industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and EV charging solutions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software is preferred.
