Evening Shift

We are seeking motivated call center agents to join our team for evening and night shifts. This role involves handling international clients with professionalism and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with international clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication during all client interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while working within assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic communication skills are essential to perform the job effectively.
- No prior experience is required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt is important.
- Ability to work evening or night shifts as per the schedule.
- Both fresh candidates and students are eligible to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment will be considered an advantage.
- Free training will be provided to all selected candidates to equip them with necessary skills.
- Two shifts are available:
- Shift 1: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM with a starting salary of 20,000 plus allowance and commission.
- Shift 2: 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM with a starting salary of 23,000 plus allowance and commission.
- The work location requires in-person attendance, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
