Event Designer/ Interior Designer

Sky Events PK, a leading commercial event management company based in Gulberg, Lahore, is seeking a talented and motivated Event Designer specializing in 3D, spatial, and decor design. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3+ years of experience in event design, architectural rendering, or spatial visuals. This full-time role involves creating innovative and visually compelling designs for high-end corporate events, luxury weddings, and bespoke venue transformations. The successful candidate will join a dynamic creative team focused on delivering exceptional event experiences through cutting-edge 3D visual design, spatial planning, and meticulous execution.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Visual Rendering & Conceptualization: Create detailed and high-quality 3D spatial renderings for various event elements such as grand stage setups, entrance facades, walkways, photobooths, and floral or decor arrangements.
- Layout & Spatial Planning: Develop precise floor plans, site layouts, and structural blueprints for diverse venues, including banquet halls and large outdoor spaces.
- Client Proposals & Pitch Decks: Collaborate with the project team to transform client briefs into engaging visual presentations, mood boards, and cohesive color palettes.
- Material & Production Coordination: Liaise closely with production and fabrication teams to ensure that 3D designs are structurally sound and accurately implemented on-site.
- Design Iteration: Adapt and refine layouts, lighting concepts, and thematic decor elements promptly based on client feedback and site-specific constraints.

Required Qualifications

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, or AutoCAD, complemented by skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Creative Vision: Strong understanding of spatial design principles, lighting dynamics, color theory, floral aesthetics, and structural decor elements.
- Event Industry Knowledge: Experience in designing stages, backdrop structures, lighting rigs, and large-format print or branding assets.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and project alignment.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing realistic 3D visual renderings and event or architectural spatial concepts is mandatory for consideration.
